How does QuickMD's mental health program work?

QuickMD's mental health program offers clinician-led medication management for depression and anxiety and insomnia related to anxiety and/or depression. It follows the same model as our other telehealth services: you book a visit, complete a short intake form, meet with a licensed clinician by phone or video, and if appropriate, receive a prescription. There are no long waitlists and no in-person appointments required.

The program is designed for patients experiencing mild to moderate depression, anxiety, or insomnia related to depression or anxiety. It focuses exclusively on medication management. Counseling and therapy are not part of this service.

What conditions are treated?

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Insomnia, when it is related to depression or anxiety

How do I book an appointment?

Go to doctorvisit.quick.md, select your state, choose Mental Health as your visit type, and pick a time that works for you. You can book with any available clinician. You are not required to see the same clinician every visit, and our platform is designed to connect you with a qualified clinician as quickly as possible.

Phone or video?

You can choose either a phone or video appointment when booking. Both options are fully secure and equally supported. You can change your preference when scheduling each visit.

How long are appointments?

Initial visits are approximately 20 to 30 minutes. Follow-up visits are approximately 15 minutes.

What do I need to do before my visit?

Every new patient must complete a digital intake form before their appointment. The form takes about 10 minutes and includes brief depression and anxiety screening questions. Completing the intake form is important for ensuring a smooth appointment.

How much does it cost?

Mental health visits are $99 per visit. QuickMD is a cash-pay platform and does not bill insurance.
