You may request a full refund in the following instances:
- You are a first-time patient and we were unable to help you with your issue (this only applies if no prescription has been picked up and no doctor’s note or other service was provided)
- You were unable to fill your prescription at the pharmacy
- You canceled your appointment more than two (2) hours before your appointment time (after that a $20 last-minute cancellation fee applies)
We can only provide partial refunds in the following cases:
- You booked an appointment in the incorrect state and want a prescription to be sent to a different state (a $35 fee applies)
- You booked a second appointment to get in touch with us instead of reaching out to our care team or you booked a duplicate appointment for other reasons (a $35 fee applies)
We cannot provide any refunds in the following cases:
- You already picked up your prescription at the pharmacy (even for partial pick-ups)
- You already received a doctor’s note
- Your home test kit has been mailed out to you already or for in-lab tests you already had the sample taken at the lab partner (e.g. LabCorp)
- Your pre-paid medication has been shipped out or received (medications including Ozempic cannot be returned for any reason, including melted ice, incorrect or undeliverable shipping address)
