If your scheduled appointment is more than 2 hours in the future you may still change it by logging into your account. Click on 'Visits' in the right lower corner of the screen, click on the visit you would like to change and select the time or provider that better fits your schedule.
If you decide to cancel your appointment, an automatic visit credit will be applied to your account that can be used towards booking a new appointment. If you cancel your appointment less than 2 hours before, a $20 last-minute cancelation fee applies.
