Please login to your account 5-10 minutes prior to the start time of your appointment, to ensure that you do not experience any login issues.
Visits will auto check-in 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment time. Once you have been checked-in and are in the waiting room, there is no need to keep the application open and running while you wait for the provider to call you. Please ensure that you have enabled push notifications on the app to receive an alert when your provider is starting the video call, and that you have disabled "do not disturb" or any other phone call blocking features on your phone.
If you booked a phone appointment, the provider will call you around your appointment time. Please keep your phone line open and disable any call blocking apps you may have. Please double-check that the phone number you provided us in your profile is correct. Please note that on certain days, especially when your appointment is preceded with more complex and time-consuming consultations, our providers may run behind. Your provider will begin your appointment as soon as they have completed their previous consultation.
