If your provider indicated that you need to complete any lab work as a result of your appointment, your provider will send in the order for the test. If you prefer a specific lab location in your area (that was not indicated during the appointment), please contact our Customer Care team. They will work with your provider to send the lab order to your preferred laboratory location.
