You may request a refund in the following instances:
- You are a first-time patient and we were unable to help you for your issue (this only applies if no prescription has been picked up and no doctor’s note was provided)
- You were unable to fill your prescription at the pharmacy
- You canceled your appointment more than two (2) hours before your appointment time (after that a $20 last-minute cancellation fee applies)
We can only provide partial refunds in the following cases:
- You booked an appointment in the incorrect state and want a prescription to be sent to a different state (a $35 fee applies)
- You booked a second or duplicate appointment to get in touch with us instead of reaching out to our care team (a $35 fee applies)
- You booked a duplicate appointment with a different doctor after not getting the desired (a minimum $35 fee applies)
We cannot provide any refunds in the following cases:
- You already picked up your prescription at the pharmacy
- You already received a doctor’s note
- You had lab tests ordered or received another service
