We are the largest Tele-MAT provider in the United States. Our team of addiction specialists are able to help and prescribe Suboxone via telemedicine as part of our Medication-Assisted Treatment for Opioid Abuse.
You will only be able to sign up if you are located in one of the eligible MAT states that we serve. To book an appointment, create an account here and find a date and time that best works for you. If we need more information prior to your appointment we will reach out to you.
Please be sure to select "Suboxone/Buprenorphine'' as the service type and not ‘urgent care’.
The first prescription (induction) will be for 1 week. All follow up prescriptions will be for 4 weeks. All prescriptions require an appointment, which is $99.
While we do not accept any insurance or Medicaid at this time, most insurers will cover the cost of the prescription.
Note that Suboxone (buprenorphine-naloxone) is the preferred medication and we cannot prescribe Subutex (buprenorphine alone) unless you have proof of a failed Suboxone treatment or are currently pregnant.
If we cannot help you with your problem via telehealth, we will refund the cost of your appointment.
Please contact us here if you have any additional questions.
