To book an appointment, create an account and schedule an addiction treatment visit on a date and time that works best for you. Please be sure to select "Addiction Treatment'' as the service type and not ‘urgent care’ when booking. If we need more information prior to your appointment we will reach out to you.
You will only be able to book an Addiction Treatment appointment if you live in one of the states that offers MOUD treatment. You can view the services available in your state here.
Please note that we DO prescribe Buprenorphine (Suboxone) for Opioid Use Disorder. We will also ONLY prescribe medications to patients that are medically necessary and appropriate for the diagnosis. Our providers do not prescribe Subutex unless you have a proven medical allergy with medical documentation that can be provided.
