If you miss or cancel your appointment within two (2) hours of the appointment start time, you may receive a partial credit minus the cost of the medical visit and any administrative fees as applicable.
If you are a MOUD patient and you provided us with your incorrect address/state in your profile which then led to a consultation in the wrong state, Customer Support may reschedule an appointment with a physician in the patient’s applicable state after an additional $35 administrative fee has been paid. Reminder to patients: All prescriptions for any service must be prescribed in the same state as the patient’s location, per DEA regulations.
If you book a duplicate appointment to get in touch with us instead of reaching out to our care team, patient may only receive a partial credit as deemed appropriate by QuickMD.
