Please note that if you booked a video appointment you need to log into your account around your appointment time using the app (iOS or Android) or your web browser.
For phone appointments please make sure your line is open, your phone ringer is on loud and you do not have any call blocking apps enabled. Please check if the phone number you provided us in your QuickMD account is correct.
If you missed your appointment you will receive a visit credit on your account usually the same day--minus a standard $20 no-show fee. You can use that visit credit towards rebooking your appointment.
